Colour  uses the benefits of different colours and shades to affect your wellbeing. As each colour has a unique wavelength, we can use this energy to enhance your physical and mental well being. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main aim behind colour therapy is to work with colour frequencies through your aura to restore your imbalances, for example, stress or depression can be soothed by colour therapy in order to regain your physchological balance and increase your energy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Colour therapy can be delivered in different ways, in some treatment sessions, coloured lights are shined onto the body,  ( remember as in thunder and lightening light travels faster than sound ! )  whilst in other sessions, beautiful coloured crystals   are used. Other methods used include essential oils and chakra essences , lightboxes and coloured filters.
