The Rhythm of Gaia is the 12th Octave of the schumann resonance .

The Schumann Resonance is 7.83 Hz – the Heartbeat of the Planet Earth.  It is the natural resonant frequency of the Earth and matches that of  the optimal human  state of consciousness  in the alpha brain wave. Which means that  the Schumann resonance amplifies the very same frequency that brings  humans to a state of  relaxation, creativity, and visualization with the  alpha brain waves.
