This beautiful gold plated pendant is the sacred symbol of the Ankh.

The Ankh, also known as the Key of Life, Is an ancient and very POWERFUL symbol,  the Egyptian hieroglyph for Life itself

At the top of the symbol is a circle symbolizing no beginning and no end representing the celestial world, the spirit of RA, the ancient Egyptian Sun God from which sprang all life. This circle carried by the gods , serves as a handle of the key . it rests upon the earth as if on the horizon when it rises or sets .

The key penetrates the hidden meaning of eternity, opening the doors to the world of the deceased. – the underworld. It also represents a magical bond that brings all things together, when knotted at the centre and enabling them to remain united. this idea of re-joining is referred to as the Knot of Isis.
